Most families book 3–6 weeks in advance. Popular weekends and holidays fill faster, so reach out as early as you can. If your date is close, we'll always check availability and try to make it work.

Yes — a non-refundable deposit (30% of the booking total or $100, whichever is higher) is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before the event and can be paid online through our secure checkout.

Each teepee takes approximately the footprint of a twin mattress plus a little décor space. Send us a photo or quick room measurements and we'll plan your layout together.

Teepee sleepovers are perfect for all ages. We tailor the décor and theme to each celebration — from pastel and whimsical to neon and glow. We can do co-ed setups too.

One child per teepee — each teepee has its own twin mattress, linens, pillow, and tray. Our packages include 4–8 teepees, and additional teepees are available for larger groups.

Setup takes 1–3 hours depending on the package. We arrive at a time we agree on the morning or early afternoon of your party, so everything's ready before guests arrive. Pickup happens the next day.

We monitor the forecast with you in the days leading up. If it's looking rough, we'll go over options — rescheduling, moving indoors, or switching to a different package — and find what works best.

Metro Atlanta only. The event address must be in DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, or Jackson County. We do not accept out-of-area events.

Absolutely — that's our specialty. Mention your child's favorite colors or theme (princess, unicorn, sports, space, neon, Bridgerton-vibes, anything) when you book and we'll bring it to life with our décor and add-ons.

The $299 bundled add-on includes a four-hour self-serve rental for parties of up to 75 guests, a full-size touchscreen booth with adjustable ring lighting, unlimited digital photo, GIF and short-video sessions, themed effects, plus delivery, setup, testing and pickup in our approved Metro Atlanta counties. Guests can share captures by text or email when venue service allows and receive downloadable digital keepsakes. On-site printing, a backdrop and a dedicated attendant are not included. A standalone four-hour rental is $399.

The customer is responsible for the photo booth, karaoke system, and all other rental equipment from delivery until pickup, whether rented alone or added to a party package. Loss, theft, liquid damage, misuse, tampering, or unauthorized movement may be charged at the documented repair or replacement cost. See the equipment rental terms for details.

Yes. Every linen is professionally laundered between events, and all hard surfaces (trays, frames, accessories) are sanitized before they arrive at your home. Parents' peace of mind matters to us.

Yes, we carry full liability insurance for every event. Background-checked team members handle every setup and pickup.

The deposit is non-refundable, but we'll work with you to reschedule for a new date when possible. For weather-related issues on outdoor events, we offer flexible rebooking. Full details are in our terms.
