Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions describe the general policies for booking a party with Whimsical Entertainment. They are intended as a template and can be adjusted to match your business practices.
1. Booking & deposits
A non-refundable deposit is typically required to reserve your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and Whimsical Entertainment has provided written confirmation (by email or text).
The remaining balance is generally due prior to delivery or setup, according to the payment schedule provided in your quote or invoice.
2. Cancellations & rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date at our discretion and subject to availability.
Weather-related changes for outdoor movie nights will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will work with you on backup dates or alternate indoor setups where possible.
3. Setup space & access
The client is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and accessible area for setup. Please ensure the space is cleared of furniture and hazards before our arrival, and that pets are safely secured.
Whimsical Entertainment reserves the right to decline setup in any area that appears unsafe or unsuitable for the equipment.
4. Damage, loss & cleaning
You agree to take reasonable care of all rental items during your event. Excessive damage, missing items, or deep cleaning needs (such as spills or stains) may result in additional charges to repair or replace affected items.
5. Safety & supervision
Whimsical Entertainment provides themed setups and decor only. A responsible adult must be present at all times to supervise children and guests. Our equipment is not intended to be climbed on or used as play structures.
Electrical items such as lights and projectors should be used according to instructions and kept away from liquids.
6. Photos & social media
From time to time, we may request permission to photograph party setups for our portfolio or social media. We will not share identifiable images of children without a parent or guardian’s consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
While we take care to provide safe and clean equipment, Whimsical Entertainment is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage arising from misuse of equipment or lack of supervision. By booking, you agree to hold Whimsical Entertainment harmless from claims related to normal use of our rental items and decor.
8. Governing law & contact
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Whimsical Entertainment primarily operates. If any specific clause is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
